Start a project

Bring the problem. We'll bring an honest answer.

Tell us what your students, clinicians, visitors or crews need to learn, see, or survive. Scoping is a conversation, not a commitment — and if a headset is not the right tool for it, we will say so before you spend anything.

Tell us about the project

The required fields are the only ones we actually need. Arabic or English, whichever you prefer.

Thank you — your message is ready to send.

This is a demonstration site with no mail backend connected yet, so nothing has been transmitted. Please email hello@nexusxrlabs.com directly and we will reply within two working days.

Please tell us your name.

Please enter a valid email address, for example name@university.edu.

A school, hospital, ministry, museum, factory — or the department inside one.

Please choose the option that fits best.

A few honest lines beat a formal brief. We will ask the detailed questions on a call.

Please add a short message so we know where to start.

We use what you send only to reply. No lists, no sharing, no follow-up drip.

Where we are
Innopark, An-Najah National University, Nablus, Palestine — and on site wherever the project is.
Reply time
Within two working days. A scoping call usually happens within the week after that.
Pilots
Education and heritage pilots run at foundation rates — choose "A pilot at foundation rates" in the form.

What happens next

  1. We reply by email with a few sharp questions about your learners or visitors, your space and your constraints.
  2. A scoping workshop — in your building where possible — to define the outcome and decide honestly whether XR is the right tool.
  3. If it is, you get a written scope, a timeline and a greybox prototype date. If it is not, you get that in writing too, for free.

No obligation at any step. The demo headset stays in our bag until you ask to try it.
